1. Who we are

JewelForex is a software product by Ryan Satellite, created by Ryan T Ropah. JewelForex is a Metatrader 4 & 5 Expert Advisor builder, AI chart analyzer, autopilot ("Auto Work") assistant, and trader social network with an integrated marketplace. By creating an account or using the app at jewelforex.app ("the Platform") you agree to these Terms.

2. What JewelForex does

JewelForex generates MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor source code (.mq4 / .mq5) from strategy presets and settings you configure, including built-in hard risk controls such as maximum daily loss and maximum drawdown limits. You compile and run every file inside your own MetaTrader terminal, on your own broker account, using your own VPS or machine. The Platform also offers an AI chart analyzer that reviews screenshots you upload, and an "Auto Work" autopilot mode that automates configuration and monitoring tasks inside your account on your instruction. JewelForex never places trades on a live brokerage account and does not connect directly to your broker.

3. Trading risk disclosure — read this carefully

Forex, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carry a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all invested capital, and in some account structures, losses beyond your deposit. Automated strategies, Expert Advisors, AI chart analysis, and the Auto Work autopilot do not guarantee profit and JewelForex makes no profit guarantees of any kind. Hard risk controls (maximum daily loss, maximum drawdown, stop loss, spread caps, margin thresholds) reduce but do not eliminate risk — slippage, gaps, broker execution issues, and connectivity failures can cause losses beyond configured limits. Past backtest, demo, or live performance never predicts future results. You are solely and entirely responsible for every trade placed by any bot generated on, or configuration produced by, JewelForex, and for the outcome of every trading decision you make using the AI chart analyzer or Auto Work. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. Not financial advice

Nothing on JewelForex — including generated EAs, AI chart analysis, Auto Work output, marketplace listings, mentorship content, signals, or social feed posts — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. JewelForex is not a broker, exchange, fund manager, or licensed financial adviser.

5. Accounts, verification & referrals

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity on your account. Profile verification requires uploading a government-issued ID for manual or automated review; misuse of the verification flow (fake or stolen IDs, impersonation) results in permanent suspension. You may refer other traders using your referral link; referral rewards, where offered, are subject to anti-fraud review and may be withheld or reversed if abuse is detected (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.).

6. Marketplaces, listings & selling

Any trader may open a marketplace and list bots, mentorship, files, trading accounts, signals, and token/recharge-key inventory for sale. Sellers must:

7. Platform fee (20%)

JewelForex retains a 20% platform commission on the gross price of every marketplace sale (bots, mentorship, files, accounts, signals, and token/recharge-key sales). The remaining 80% is credited to the seller's monetization wallet balance. The commission is deducted automatically at the point of sale and is not refundable once a sale is finalized, even if the buyer and seller later agree privately to reverse the transaction outside the Platform.

8. Promoted listings

Sellers may pay to promote a listing for increased visibility, choosing a custom budget and duration. Promotion spend is a paid marketing service, is charged upfront, and is non-refundable once a promotion campaign starts serving impressions, regardless of resulting sales.

9. Gold Verified subscription

Gold Verified is an optional paid subscription at $10/month that adds a gold verification badge and boosts marketplace/discovery visibility for your storefront. It is billed monthly, auto-processed on payment, and is non-refundable for the current billing period once activated. Cancelling stops future renewals; the badge remains active until the end of the paid period.

10. Purchases & downloadable delivery

When you buy a listing, payment is captured through your wallet or an available confirmed payment method and the item appears in your Purchases page with any downloadable files, license/recharge keys, or access instructions attached by the seller. Keep your purchase records; re-download access may be time-limited depending on the listing type. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered/downloaded, except where the seller offers a refund or in confirmed cases of fraud or non-delivery, which JewelForex may resolve at its discretion.

11. Monetization wallet & cash-outs

Earnings from sales, promotions, and other monetized activity accrue to your wallet balance. A cash-out request reserves the requested balance and remains pending until a connected payout provider confirms the transfer. Available payout methods depend on the providers actively connected to JewelForex. You are responsible for providing correct payout details — JewelForex is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address or account number you supplied. Cash-outs may be delayed or reversed by a payout rail, bank, or payment processor outside JewelForex's control; in rare cases manual review may apply for fraud prevention.

11b. Wallet top-ups & member-to-member transfers

You may add money to your JewelForex wallet ("top-up") through a connected payment provider. A top-up is credited only after the provider confirms the payment. You may also send money from your wallet to another JewelForex member by username or the email registered on their account. JewelForex charges a 5% transaction fee on every member-to-member transfer. The fee is added on top of the amount you send, so the recipient receives the full amount you entered and your wallet is debited the amount plus the 5% fee. Every transfer must be authorized with your account password plus either your wallet authorization code or a registered device unlock. Both sender and recipient receive an email receipt and an in-app notification carrying a unique transaction ID (format JFT-…), which is also listed under Transaction history. Transfers are final and cannot be reversed by JewelForex once completed; make sure you have confirmed the recipient's real name in the confirmation dialog before sending. Keep your authorization code private — anyone with your password and code can move your funds.

11c. JewelPay merchants & business payments

Organisations — schools, universities, colleges, churches, businesses, nonprofits, NGOs, individuals and other bodies — may register as JewelPay merchants. Registration requires accurate organisation details and verification documents (Know Your Business), which are reviewed automatically and, where anything is unclear, by a person. A merchant account is identified by a Merchant Code, which is private and used only for account identification. Each registered organisation ("business", "application" or "institution") receives its own public Business Code, its own balance and its own settings; one merchant may operate several. Payers pay a business using its Business Code only.

JewelPay charges 5% of the amount plus a $0.50 flat fee on every merchant payment. By default the payer covers that fee; a merchant may instead choose to share it equally or to absorb it in full, and the split is shown to the payer before they confirm. Payments are funded from the payer's JewelForex wallet and must be authorized with the account password plus either the authorization code or a registered device unlock. The payer receives a Transaction ID and the merchant a Payment ID, both by email and in-app. Merchants can record or unrecord a payment after checking its Transaction ID. A merchant may reverse all or part of a payment; the original fee remains charged and a new 5% reversal fee is deducted from the returned amount. Merchants may cash out their balance to the methods available in their country; a cash-out is only marked paid once the payout partner confirms it with a real reference. JewelForex is a payment facilitator, not a party to the underlying goods, services, tuition or donations, and does not guarantee the delivery or quality of anything a merchant supplies. Merchants must not use JewelPay for illegal activity, fraud, unlicensed financial services, gambling, adult services, or any purpose prohibited by law in their country.

11c-ii. JewelPay Integrators (developers)

Developers may register as JewelPay Integrators and request payments from JewelForex account holders inside their own applications. Each application starts in a sandbox where no real money moves, and receives an Integration ID and an Encryption Key. You are responsible for keeping that key secret: any request signed with it is treated as yours, and losing control of it can result in money being requested in your name. Live operation requires a signed integrator agreement countersigned by JewelForex. Payers always approve each request on their own device with their password plus their Authorization Code or device unlock — an integrator can never move money without that approval. The same 5% + $0.50 fee applies, and collected balances settle to the integrator's JewelForex wallet. We may suspend an application at any time for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

11d. JewelForex Ads

Members may buy advertising that appears in the feed and between Pulses, marked as sponsored. Ads are submitted with a budget, reviewed automatically before delivery, and charged from the advertiser's wallet as the ad is shown and tapped; the committed budget is held out of the spendable balance while a campaign is pending or running. Delivery frequency is ranked by remaining budget. We refuse adult content, scams, gambling, politics, crime, racism and hate, weapons, drugs, unlicensed financial services and any claim of guaranteed profit. We may pause, reject or remove an ad at any time; spent budget is not refunded, unspent budget is released back to the wallet.

12. Payments

Checkouts use the JewelForex wallet or an available confirmed payment provider in USD. Before confirming, you see the amount, platform fee, total charged, and amount the recipient receives.

13. Refunds

Subscription fees (Gold Verified), promoted-listing spend, and verification fees are non-refundable once processed. Marketplace product refunds are governed by the individual seller's policy; JewelForex may intervene and reverse a transaction in confirmed cases of fraud, non-delivery, or Terms violations.

14. Social feed & community conduct

The Platform includes a trader social feed (posts, likes, reposts, comments and threaded replies, @trader and #marketplace mentions), 24-hour Pulses, direct messages with media and voice notes, and follows, blocking, and voice/video calls. Push alerts may include sender identity, previews, media, and supported quick actions. You must not post spam, harassment, hate speech, fraudulent trading claims, or content that impersonates another trader or marketplace. Mentioning a trader or marketplace notifies that account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, marketplaces, or listings that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice, including in cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations. Wallet balances tied to a terminated account for confirmed fraud may be forfeited to cover chargebacks or losses caused by that account.

17. Refunds & cancellations

Digital goods (Expert Advisors, indicators, keys, tokens, courses, signal access) are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once delivered or once a key has been revealed. You may request a refund within 7 days if the item was never delivered, the delivered file or key does not work, or the listing materially misrepresented what you bought. Open the order under Purchases and use "Report a problem", or email ryan@jewelforex.app. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or wallet balance, and the seller's earnings plus our 20% platform fee are reversed. Gold Verified subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid month; part-months are not refunded. Losses from trading are never refundable.

18. Installed apps & app stores

JewelForex is also distributed as an installable app for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux. Those builds are native shells around the same jewelforex.app service and these Terms apply to them in full. Where a store (Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store) imposes its own additional terms, refund windows or payment rules, those apply to purchases made through that store, and the store — not JewelForex — handles those refunds. The stores are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the app or its content.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of JewelForex after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
