Who we are

JewelForex is operated by Ryan Satellite (created by Ryan T Ropah). This policy explains what data we collect across the Platform — bot building, AI chart analysis, Auto Work, marketplaces, purchases, the monetization wallet, and the trader social feed — and why.

Data we collect

• Google/account data: email, display name, and avatar from Google sign-in or email/password sign-up.
• Profile data: username, handle, bio, date of birth, links, and any content you post to the social feed, Pulses, or messages.
• KYC / ID verification documents: the government-issued ID image you upload for profile verification, plus the name and date of birth used to match it.
• Bot configurations: strategy, symbol, timeframe, risk settings (max daily loss, max drawdown, stop loss, etc.), and generated MQL source code saved to your vault.
• Chart images you upload to the AI chart analyzer, sent to our AI provider for analysis and not retained long-term.
• Auto Work activity: the configuration actions and monitoring events the autopilot performs on your instruction.
• Marketplace & listing data: marketplaces you open, listings you publish, purchases and sales, comments, reviews, and delivered files/keys.
• Payment metadata: transaction references, amounts, currency, payout method type (e.g. EcoCash, OneMoney, ZIPIT, Zimswitch, Visa, Mastercard, bank, PayPal, Wise, USDT, BTC), and status from Pesepay and our wallet ledger. We do not store full card numbers or wallet private keys.
• Messages & media: direct messages, voice notes, and media you send, stored to deliver conversations between you and other users.
• Referral data: your referral code and who signed up through it.
• Device & usage logs: IP address, browser, timestamps, and basic app usage for security, abuse prevention, and notifications; PWA install state where applicable.

What we do NOT collect

• Your MetaTrader password or broker login credentials — JewelForex never asks for them.
• Full payment card numbers, CVV, or bank login credentials — these are handled by Pesepay and payout rails, not stored by us.
• Your live broker balances or trade history, unless you explicitly share a screenshot or connect a future bridge feature.

How we use your data

To authenticate you, save and generate bots, run the AI chart analyzer and Auto Work autopilot, operate marketplaces and the purchase/delivery flow, process the 20% platform fee and promoted-listing spend, manage your monetization wallet and provider-confirmed cash-outs, verify identity for Gold Verified/profile verification, power the social feed, Pulses, follows, mentions, notifications, and direct messages, detect fraud/abuse, and send transactional emails.

Retention

We keep account, marketplace, order, and wallet-ledger data for as long as your account is active and as needed for financial record-keeping and dispute resolution. ID verification documents are retained only as long as needed to maintain your verified status and for fraud/compliance review, then deleted or archived securely. Chart images sent for AI analysis are not retained long-term. Pulses expire automatically after 24 hours. You may request earlier deletion — see "Your rights" below.

Third parties we share data with

• Payment processor (Pesepay): processes purchases, subscriptions, promotions, verification fees, and cash-outs to EcoCash, OneMoney, ZIPIT, Zimswitch, Visa, Mastercard, bank, PayPal, Wise, USDT, and BTC.
• AI provider: processes chart images and prompts you submit for chart analysis and Auto Work assistance.
• Email delivery provider: sends transactional emails such as verification, purchase receipts, and notifications.
• Cloud infrastructure (Supabase/Lovable Cloud): hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not run third-party ad tracking.

Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support the installable PWA experience (offline shell, home-screen install). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or export most of your data from your profile and settings. You may request a full data export or account deletion at any time by contacting us; we will verify your identity before acting on the request. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, and personal data, though certain financial records (transaction/payout history) may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention, even after account deletion.

Children

JewelForex is not directed at children under 18. Trading and marketplace selling require legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and will delete any such data if discovered.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
