Question 1

What is JewelForex?

Accepted Answer

A financial platform by Ryan Satellite: a multi-currency wallet, Tap & Pay QR and NFC tools, requests and automatic transfers, Ava Forex, and JewelPay payment collection for schools, churches and businesses, a trader marketplace, messaging and calls, plus a MetaTrader 4 & 5 Expert Advisor builder, AI chart analysis and Auto Work autopilot.

Question 2

Do I need to know how to code?

Accepted Answer

No. You choose a strategy preset, symbol, timeframe, and risk settings, and JewelForex generates ready-to-compile .mq4/.mq5 source code for you.

Question 3

What is Auto Work?

Accepted Answer

Auto Work is an autopilot assistant that automates repetitive configuration and monitoring tasks in your account, based on instructions you give it. It does not place live trades on your broker for you.

Question 4

Is JewelForex a broker?

Accepted Answer

No. JewelForex never holds your trading funds and never connects directly to your brokerage account. You run generated EAs in your own MetaTrader terminal.

Question 5

Is there a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

JewelForex runs in a browser and can be installed as a home-screen app. Native builds support additional device features where available; biometric approval, NFC and notification actions depend on your device, permissions and installed version. Supported app links retain their intended destination, with sign-in required for private pages.

Question 6

Does JewelForex guarantee profit?

Accepted Answer

No. Forex trading carries real risk of loss. Bots include hard risk controls but no software, including JewelForex, can guarantee profits.

Question 7

What are the hard risk controls?

Accepted Answer

Every generated EA can enforce a maximum daily loss limit and a maximum drawdown limit, alongside stop loss, spread caps, margin thresholds, and trades-per-day limits, to stop opening new trades once a threshold is hit.

Question 8

Can risk controls fail?

Accepted Answer

Existing open positions still follow their own stop loss even after a circuit breaker triggers, and slippage or gaps can exceed planned losses. Risk controls reduce, but never eliminate, risk.

Question 9

How does the AI chart analyzer work?

Accepted Answer

Upload a chart screenshot and the AI reviews price action, structure, and potential setups. It is informational only and is not financial advice.

Question 10

How do I test a bot before going live?

Accepted Answer

Backtest in Strategy Tester with realistic spread/commission, then demo-test on a broker demo account for 2–4 weeks before considering a live account, starting at low risk. See the Docs page for the full workflow.

Question 11

What can I sell on a marketplace?

Accepted Answer

Bots, mentorship, files, trading accounts, signals, and token/recharge-key inventory. Anyone can open a marketplace from the Marketplaces page.

Question 12

How much does JewelForex take on a sale?

Accepted Answer

A 20% platform fee on every marketplace sale. The remaining 80% is credited to the seller's monetization wallet.

Question 13

What is a promoted listing?

Accepted Answer

Sellers can pay a custom budget to promote a listing for extra visibility in Discover and search. Promotion spend is charged upfront and is non-refundable once the campaign starts.

Question 14

How does Gold Verified work?

Accepted Answer

Gold Verified is a $10/month subscription that adds a gold badge and boosts your marketplace/storefront visibility. It's auto-processed on payment.

Question 15

How do buyers receive what they purchase?

Accepted Answer

Every purchase appears on the buyer's Purchases page with downloadable files, license/recharge keys, or access instructions attached by the seller.

Question 16

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Subscription, verification, and promotion fees are non-refundable. Product refunds are at the seller's discretion; JewelForex may intervene in confirmed cases of fraud or non-delivery.

Question 17

How do I report a listing or user?

Accepted Answer

Every listing, marketplace, and profile has a report option. Admins review reports and may suspend or remove content.

Question 18

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Use your JewelForex wallet or an available confirmed payment method. The amount, fee, total charged and recipient amount are shown before confirmation.

Question 19

How do cash-outs work?

Accepted Answer

Go to Wallet and submit a payout request. Your available balance is reserved immediately, and the request remains pending until a connected payout provider confirms the transfer.

Question 20

How fast are cash-outs?

Accepted Answer

Timing depends on the connected payout provider and destination network. JewelForex only marks a cash-out paid after receiving a real provider transaction reference.

Question 21

What if I enter the wrong payout details?

Accepted Answer

You're responsible for entering correct payout details. JewelForex can't recover funds sent to an incorrect account or address you provided.

Question 22

Can I send money to another member?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Wallet → Send money, look the person up by username or the email on their account, enter the amount, then approve with your password plus either your wallet authorization code or a registered device unlock. You'll be asked to confirm the recipient's real name before the money moves.

Question 23

What does a transfer cost?

Accepted Answer

JewelForex keeps a 5% fee on every member-to-member transfer. The fee is added on top, so your recipient gets the full amount you typed and your wallet is debited the amount plus 5%.

Question 24

Can I add money to my wallet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wallet → Add money lets you top up by card, mobile money or bank through our payment partner. Your balance is credited as soon as the payment clears.

Question 25

Do I get a receipt for a transfer?

Accepted Answer

Both sender and recipient get an email receipt and an in-app notification with a unique JFT- transaction ID, and every transfer appears under Transaction history → Transfers.

Question 26

Can a transfer be reversed?

Accepted Answer

You can request review of a completed outgoing wallet-to-wallet transfer from Transaction history → Transfers → Request reversal. Explain what happened and follow the request’s status. A request does not debit the recipient, return money automatically or guarantee a refund. Administrators can review or decline it, and you can cancel an open request. The original transfer and fee remain unchanged; merchant refunds and external payouts have separate procedures.

Question 27

Is there a transaction history?

Accepted Answer

Yes — open Wallet and Transaction history for sales, fees, transfers and cash-out records.

Question 28

What is JewelPay?

Accepted Answer

JewelPay handles merchant and connected-app payments. Approved schools, churches, businesses, nonprofits and other organisations collect payments using a public Business Code. Merchants need KYC, business documents and a signed agreement; payers approve from their JewelForex wallet.

Question 29

How do I pay a school or business?

Accepted Answer

Open Merchants, type the Business Code, check the name and photo that appear, pick what the payment is for, add the student's name, class and ID where needed, and approve with your password plus your authorization code or device unlock.

Question 30

What does JewelPay cost?

Accepted Answer

5% of the amount plus a $0.50 flat fee. The payer covers it by default, but a merchant can choose to share it 50/50 or absorb it entirely — you always see the split before you confirm.

Question 31

Payment ID or Transaction ID?

Accepted Answer

The payer keeps a Transaction ID and the merchant keeps a Payment ID for the same payment. Both are emailed and shown in the app.

Question 32

Can one merchant run several institutions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each organisation gets its own Business Code and its own balance, and the merchant workspace also shows a combined total.

Question 33

How does a merchant get paid out?

Accepted Answer

From the merchant workspace, choose the country and an available local method. It stays Processing until the payout partner confirms it with a real reference. Check Coverage for current availability.

Question 34

Can a merchant verify or reverse a payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Search by Transaction ID, open the full details, then record or unrecord it. A partial or full reversal returns the entered amount minus a new 5% reversal charge; the original fee remains charged.

Question 35

How do JewelForex Ads work?

Accepted Answer

Submit a photo or video ad with a budget in the Ads page. It is reviewed automatically, then shows in the feed and between Pulses — the bigger the remaining budget, the more often it appears. No adult content, scams, gambling, politics, crime, racism, weapons, drugs or guaranteed-profit claims.

Question 36

Where is Tap & Pay?

Accepted Answer

Open Tap & Pay next to Merchants, or visit /pay after signing in. It contains Scan & Pay, My QR, Tap & Pay, Requests, Automatic payments and Fees.

Question 37

Can I download or scan a payment QR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your QR has the JewelForex logo in its centre and can be downloaded, shared or screenshotted. Scan with the camera or upload a QR image. A scan fills payment details; check the recipient, amount and fee and approve before money moves.

Question 38

Does tapping work at card machines or ATMs?

Accepted Answer

Compatible devices can read or write JewelForex NFC payment tags. Browser and device support varies. Ordinary card-terminal payments and ATM QR withdrawals are not enabled; they need a verified banking and network partner.

Question 39

How do payment requests work?

Accepted Answer

Send a request to a JewelForex member or share its request-specific QR. The recipient can approve or decline; you can cancel an unpaid request. Five unapproved requests (pending or declined) within ten hours lock new requests until the displayed time. A request is not a receipt.

Question 40

Can I automate a weekly or monthly payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Authorise a recurring member transfer under Automatic payments with your password and authorization code. Keep enough balance for the payment and its fee. Scheduled processing is not guaranteed at an exact minute; three consecutive failures pause the schedule. You can pause or cancel future runs.

Question 41

Are the Fees comparisons live prices?

Accepted Answer

No. Planned domestic and cross-border comparisons are estimates, not contracted provider tariffs or a promise of savings. Coming soon services remain unavailable until verified. Your actual confirmation screen shows applicable fees and taxes.

Question 42

How do multi-currency balances and exchange work?

Accepted Answer

Hold supported currencies in one account and use Currency exchange for a quote showing the rate, margin, fees and final amounts. Quotes expire after 60 seconds and are checked again before money moves. Merchant payments and JewelPay prompts currently settle in USD. A payout wallet may not support every currency.

Question 43

What can Ava help with?

Accepted Answer

Ava Forex by JewelForex answers general and app questions, teaches trading, offers calculators and alerts, explains charts and creates bot source files. You can send images, request a voice reply or use in-app voice calls. Market Pro includes heatmaps, screening, strength, correlation, multiple timeframes and an economic calendar; price-based figures are computed from live feeds. Data can still be delayed or unavailable.

Question 44

What does Forex Pro cost?

Accepted Answer

Three qualifying guidance answers or chart reads are free, then Forex Pro costs $5 per month. WhatsApp bot creation and setup assistance require Forex Pro. In-app bot creation remains free; academy lessons, quizzes and calculators remain free.

Question 45

Are the delivered bot files ready to trade?

Accepted Answer

Ava delivers .mq4 or .mq5 source files for MT4 or MT5. Compile them in MetaEditor, inspect the risk settings, backtest and demo-test before considering live use. Source delivery does not mean a compiled executable or guaranteed performance.

Question 46

How much is a ZIMSEC project?

Accepted Answer

A project costs $1. Choose Grade 7, O-Level or A-Level, a subject and one of 20 syllabus-aligned topics. The deliverables are a six-stage PDF with one or two embedded posters and separate poster images. Use these as study aids and carry out your own real investigation; no mark is guaranteed.

Question 47

How do I pay for a project or leave the session?

Accepted Answer

EcoCash uses your entered number and the provider’s USSD PIN confirmation; never send your mobile-money PIN in chat. InnBucks and cards use checkout where available. After confirmed payment, Ava starts the project. If delivery fails, request a retry for the same paid project without another charge. Send Exit Session to leave a guided flow.

Question 48

Can Ava fund or withdraw from my broker?

Accepted Answer

Broker deposits and withdrawals are not currently enabled. They require verified provider access, fees and your confirmation. Trading education or an affiliate link is not proof of an active broker payment connection.

Question 49

What must I upload to use the developer API?

Accepted Answer

Upload KYC information in order to use our developer API. Register an application, test in Sandbox and download the fillable service agreement from Developers or the integration docs. Upload the signed agreement; live access requires countersigning and review. Sandbox never moves real money.

Question 50

Can another app accept JewelForex payments?

Accepted Answer

The documented JewelPay API lets an approved live app create a payment prompt, let the payer approve in JewelForex, and read its own confirmed status and receipt. Partner apps such as PlanetChat must still implement and enable their checkout; documentation alone does not mean that app is accepting payments.

Question 51

Can an app send creator earnings to JewelForex Wallet?

Accepted Answer

Approved live apps can credit recipients from their funded app balance with retry protection, receipts and audit records. Automatic payouts are disabled until approved transaction and daily limits are configured. An app cannot debit arbitrary wallets or mark a payout paid without confirmation.

Question 52

Does paying a business activate my TV, electricity or internet service?

Accepted Answer

Only if that merchant has a separately approved service connection and the actual provider confirms fulfilment. Enter the required meter, card or customer details carefully. Your payment receipt and the service activation or token are separate records; a Business Code alone cannot activate a biller.

Question 53

What can I do in the feed?

Accepted Answer

Post updates, like, repost, comment (with threaded replies), and mention other traders with @trader or marketplaces with #marketplace.

Question 54

What are Pulses?

Accepted Answer

24-hour stories on your profile that disappear automatically after a day, similar to stories on other social apps.

Question 55

Can I message or call other traders?

Accepted Answer

Yes — direct messages support text, downloadable files, media, voice notes, audio calls, video calls, ringing, answer/decline controls, delivery/read receipts and missed-call history.

Question 56

Can I block someone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open their profile and choose Block. They cannot start or continue direct contact until you unblock them.

Question 57

How do follows and notifications work?

Accepted Answer

Follow traders to prioritize their posts and Pulses. Notifications cover messages, calls, follows, likes, comments, mentions, purchases and wallet activity, with sender details, direct links and supported quick actions.

Question 58

How does profile verification work?

Accepted Answer

Upload a government ID that matches your profile name and date of birth. Verification review/activation is tied to your submission and, where applicable, payment.

Question 59

Can I change my name or username often?

Accepted Answer

You can change your name, username, or date of birth once every 14 days per field, to reduce impersonation risk.

Question 60

What data do you store?

Accepted Answer

Account and profile details, verification documents and signed agreements, listings, payment and schedule records, messages, Ava submissions, and device notification registration. See the Privacy Policy for access, sharing and retention details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Question 61

Do you sell my data?

Accepted Answer

No. We never sell user data and don't run third-party ad tracking.

Question 62

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Use Settings → Account → Delete account, or the contact address in our Privacy Policy. We verify your identity; some financial and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained.
